... money apparently helps trees grow. Boeing is giving $1 million to Treepeople.org to help in the group’s efforts to restore lands ravaged by wildfires. The big check-giving is slated for Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Treepeople headquarters in Coldwater Canyon Park. Hands will be shaken, trees will be planted.
