La Serna’s Holly Consterdine and Paloma Valley’s A.J. Woodward each has three strikeouts after two innings of play in the Southern Section-Toyota Division III championship Friday at Barber Park in Irvine.
Consterdine just took her total up to four as she struck out the first batter she faced in the third inning. She gave up a hit but not a run that inning. Heading into the bottom of the third, the Lancers are still holding on to a 2-0 lead.
