No. 2-seeded North Hollywood Campbell Hall was beaten by St. John Bosco, 49-46, in a second-round Southern Section Division III-AA playoff game.

In II-A, La Mirada defeated Yucaipa, 82-70, with USC-bound Derrick Williams scoring 39 points and getting 19 rebounds and six blocks. He had 10 dunks.
