Track: Moorpark’s Dyce could offer competition to Randall Carroll

Maxwell Dyceof Moorpark is becoming one fast sprinter. At the Ventura County championships, he won the 100 meters in a wind-aided 10.37 seconds and set a school record by winning the 200 in 21.38 seconds.

He is emerging as a legitimate threat to defending state champion Randall Carrollof Los Angeles Cathedral. Next season, both will be classmates at UCLA. Carroll has signed for football and Dyce for track.
