City semifinals: Game delayed after player struck in the head

The City Section Division I semifinal between San Fernando and Banning has been delayed in the bottom of the fifth inning after backup Banning catcher Juan Guevara was struck in the head by a line drive in the dugout.

He was able to get up and be moved to a seat in the dugout while being treated. Ice was being applied to his forehead.

San Fernando leads, 4-2.
