Aztecs Sweep Loyola in Men’s Volleyball

SAN DIEGO — The San Diego State men’s volleyball team beat Loyola Marymount in straight sets in a California Intercollegiate Volleyball Assn. game on Wednesday at Peterson Gym.
The Aztecs won, 15-6, 15-8, 16-14. Eric Barton led the Aztecs (1-2, 4-2) with 12 kills and Scott Sato added 9. Brent Frohoff and Roger Rampton had 16 kills apiece for the Lions.
