A homicide victim found Sunday in Ramona has been identified as Ronald Lowery Clevenger of San Diego, a Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman said Friday. Clevenger had been shot and beaten, the spokeswoman said. Investigators have not determined a motive for the slaying and have made no arrests.
