Irvine Center for High-Tech Completed

Alton East Technical Center, consisting of three research-and-development buildings totaling 185,000 square feet, has been completed at the northern corner of Alton Parkway and Jeronimo Road, Irvine.
The developers of the $20-million project, Alan J. Davison and John M. Ferguson, said it is designed for high-tech users such as computer software developers, computer manufacturers or data processing companies.
The 9.6-acre site also contains parking for 720 cars. The architect is George W. Seitz of Irvine and Davison-Ferguson developed the center. No space was pre-leased; Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent and space will be available immediately after tenant improvements.
