Single-Family Homes Open in Corona

Monterra by Deane Homes opens today in Corona with 37 traditionally styled three-, four- and five-bedroom single-family houses priced from $128,990 to $155,990.
The houses are available in three one- and two-story floor plans with 1,773 to 3,360 square feet of living area. The development will have a total of 79 houses. September move-ins are scheduled for the first phase and 11 houses have been sold.
Standard features include up to three baths, half-acre lots, double-door entries and hard-surfaced entry foyers, fireplaces and the Deane garden kitchens with breakfast bars, wraparound window design and built-in appliances.
Three furnished models and a sales office staffed by Builders Sales Corp. are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 19430 Dry Gulch Road, reached from the Ontario Avenue exit of the southbound Corona (15) Freeway.
