UCLA Student Wins Top Design Award

John Turturro, a student in the UCLA Extension professional program in interior and environmental design, has been selected as the winner of a first place award in a third annual design competition co-sponsored by the American Society of Interior Designers and L. E. Carpenter Co., a wallcoverings firm.
Turturro’s winning entry was entered in the “contract” or commercial category. Both he and UCLA Extension have received $500 each in prizes.
