Pentagon Lobbyist Picked to Be Air Force Secretary

WASHINGTON — President Reagan plans to nominate the Pentagon’s chief lobbyist, Russell A. Rourke, to be secretary of the Air Force, the White House announced Friday. If confirmed by the Senate, Rourke would succeed Verne Orr, who is resigning.
