Silver Lakes Condos Open This Weekend

Open house is being held today at Fairway Court, 27535 Lake View Drive in Helendale, for a first phase of 20 condominium homes in a total of 84.
The project is situated within the 1,600-acre Silver Lakes resort community near Victorville, and offers one- and two-bedroom units with one or two baths and attached garages. Each home has a view of the eighth fairway at Silver Lakes Golf Course.
The units provide 921 to 1,225 square feet of living space and are priced from $65,000 to $83,500 with a $130 homeowners’ monthly fee that includes maintenance of Fairway Court and shared amenities of the resort.
Special features include fully insulated double common walls, built-in microwave oven, air conditioning and private patios.
Move-ins are at close of escrow; furnished model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
