Louis A. Kwiker, president and chief executive of Gardena-based Wherehouse Entertainment, a record, video and computer software chain, said the recent decline in the market price of the stock afforded “a good opportunity for the company to utilize its funds.” The company said it will purchase the shares on the open market.
