German Gets NATO Post

MONS, Belgium — Maj. Gen. Hans Hoster, 52, of the West German army, has been chosen to replace retiring Maj. Gen. Rolf Zerling as chief of staff at the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organzation’s Northern Army Group, the European command headquarters said Monday.
