Chevron agreed to sell its Bluebell-Altamont fields.

The San Francisco-based oil company said it agreed to sell the Utah oil fields to Proven Properties of Houston for $360 million. Proven is 49% owned by Pennzoil, which will operate the fields. Chevron currently produces 8,000 barrels a day from its interests in 330 wells located in a 600-square-mile area.
