Times Mirror Cable will swap 2 cable-TV systems.

Times Mirror Cable Television said it will exchange its cable-television systems in Glenolden and Upper Darby, Penn., for cable systems owned by Tele-Communications Inc. in Oceanside, Calif., and Marion, Ohio. The two companies said the trade would allow greater use of resources in the systems. The agreement is subject to review by the Justice Department and requires approval by the Federal Communications Commission and the municipalities involved. Times Mirror Cable is a unit of Times Mirror Co.
