A Brooklyn judge refused to dismiss drug and weapon charges against Joe Pepitone, rejecting arguments that a newspaper article hurt the Yankee star’s chances for a fair trial.
Pepitone, 44, and two other men, all of Brooklyn, were indicted for alleged drug and weapon possession last May following their arrest for a traffic violation in March.
