Gas Station Liquor Sales: An ordinance that allows gas stations to sell liquor, with conditions, was approved by the City Council. Under the new law, which received unanimous approval, gas station/mini-markets that apply to sell liquor now must satisfy the following conditions: The market must have a retail area of at least 1,200 square feet, liquor shall take up no more than 25% of the total display area, no liquor sales shall be made at the gas pumps or from drive-up windows, no signs advertising liquor shall be displayed outside the building and no video games are allowed.
