Danube Cruise

On March 10 you published Gena Reisner’s article about a Danube River cruise on the German ship Donauprinzessin (Danube Princess). We took the cue and were fortunate to book passage Aug. 31-Sept. 7. It was a delightful adventure. Service and food were superb. Cabins were small but clean and adequate. The scenery was a feast to the eyes, including short but revealing glimpses of life behind the Iron Curtain. We are happy to confirm her enthusiasm. We were lucky with the weather, the only factor not guaranteed.
