Judge Carol Koppel of the Victorville Municipal Court has granted a Hesperia woman an extra three days to get rid of 89 dogs and cats being kept in an illegal animal shelter on her property. Two weeks ago, Koppel ordered Colleen Snyder, 34, to empty her pens by Nov. 1 after San Bernardino County officials determined that the shelter violated residential zoning laws.
