A 30-year-old man has been arrested in the shooting death of his younger brother during an argument in their Willowbrook home. Leroy Harris was arrested in connection with the shooting of 21-year-old Leroy Harris III, who died from a single gunshot wound in the chest at a house shared by the two brothers in the 2200 block of Oris Street. Leroy Harris reportedly fled the residence after the shooting but returned several hours later and was then taken into custody.
