Two Colombians have been charged with conspiracy to sell cocaine after federal authorities seized almost $80-million worth of the drug and $320,000 in cash from their rented Marina del Rey condominium. Gustavo Valez, 21, and Rogelio Rivero, 24, were arrested last week, ending an investigation of drug-selling in both the San Gabriel Valley and the Marina del Rey area. They remain in jail in lieu of $2-million bail each.
