Ernie Stockert has been named manager of the Orange County division of Southern California Gas Co. He replaces Joseph J. Alilovich, who is retiring. Stockert, 55, is a 29-year veteran of the company and had been manager of the utility’s Compton-based southern division for two years before his appointment with the Orange County unit, based in Anaheim.
