The California lottery’s latest double millionaire, a construction worker from Guatemala, surrendered today to immigration officials and could face deportation as an illegal alien, authorities said.

“He is here and he is being processed,” said Joe Thomas, a deputy director for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Julio Morales, 23, a resident of Hollywood who won $2 million in Monday’s “Big Spin,” had promised agents to appear at the INS’s Los Angeles district office this morning.
