I am sitting in front of magnificent picture windows, reminiscing about the wonderful times I enjoyed at Fiddleback Manor in Port Orford, Ore. Your publishing a reader tip about it was a godsend. I’ve been running on the beaches, hiking the forest trails and eating some of the best seafood I’ve had in a heck of a long time. I suggest the Truculent Oyster, the finest fresh fish restaurant this side of Bangor, Me. The shopping in Bandon cannot be overlooked, nor can the tide pools around the heads of the port. Four days is like four minutes--not enough time.
