An opening today marks the completion of five decorated models at Warmington Homes’ Ridgefield community, a development of 137 single-family homes within the master-planned Oak Park area of Agoura. Of that total, 33 homes have been reserved.
The models, decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors, feature five floor plans ranging in size from 1,721 to 2,296, with three and four bedrooms and two to three baths. They are priced from $158,990 to $189,990 with an added homeowners association monthly fee of $60.33.
Interior space in the one- or two-story homes includes stained mahogany doors, ceramic tile and wood parquet entries, vaulted ceilings, hand crafted masonry fireplaces, step-down living rooms and wall-to-wall carpeting.
Safety entry locks, decorator-selected lighting fixtures, concrete driveways, exterior wall and ceiling insulation and automatic setback thermostats are added features, along with quality kitchen appliances.
The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 702 N. Quail View Court.
