52 U.S. Army Engineers Arrive in Costa Rica

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica — Fifty-two U.S. Army engineers who will build bridges and other public works projects have flown into Costa Rica, Foreign Minister Carlos Jose Gutierrez said.
They were the first of 180 American Army engineers scheduled to work on the projects here. The others are expected to arrive next week.
