Terence Woods, the Minnesota basketball player who last week was declared ineligible by the university because he used an airplane ticket paid for by its athletic department, was reinstated by the NCAA.
The NCAA’s Eligibility Committee found that there was no recruiting advantage by the university and no wrongdoing by Woods, said Paul Giel, Minnesota athletic director.
