Covina Condominium Units Feature Streams, Waterfalls

The 150-unit Stonebridge condominium development by Western Homex Corp. opens today with a first phase of 58 two- and three-bedroom condominiums priced from $77,950 to $101,950.
The development features extensive landscaping, as well as streams and waterfalls. The units are offered in six one- and two-story floor plans with 870 to 1,550 square feet. Late March or early April move-ins are scheduled and the monthly homeowners association fee is $105.
Standard features include air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces, pantries, double wardrobe closets, greenhouse windows, skylights, washers and dryers and ceramic tile or wood entries.
Four furnished models and a sales center staffed by Great Western Real Estate will be open daily 10 a.m. to dusk at 4900 N. Grand Ave.
