Reseda Woman Held in Death From Injection

A Reseda woman was arrested Friday afternoon on suspicion of killing a North Hollywood resident with a drug injection, police said. Officers on Wednesday found Roberta Creamer, 36, dead in her apartment on the 8300 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, Sgt. Charles McTaggart said.
After determining that the victim died from an overdose of an unknown drug, police received information that led to the arrest of Dawn Vazquez, 27, at her residence, McTaggart said.
Vazquez is being held without bail at Van Nuys Jail, a jail spokesman said. Police are awaiting the results of a coroner’s autopsy to determine what drug caused the death, McTaggart said.
