Gandhi Party Aide Killed

AMRITSAR, India — Sikh militants today killed a local leader of Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s Congress (I) Party, and Sikhs and Hindus in two Punjab towns clashed in street battles that left at least 19 people injured.
