WASHINGTON — Rep. Robert W. Davis (R-Mich.) is recovering from a mild heart attack, a spokesman announced Monday, and is being treated in a Washington-area hospital. Davis, 53, who became ill Saturday, is expected to remain in the hospital for several days, the spokesman said.
