Enron sold half of its Florida Gas Transmission Co.

Sonat Inc. of Birmingham, Ala., another diversified energy company, said it will pay Enron Corp. about $360 million for the half share. The deal will allow Sonat to gain entry into Florida’s natural gas market, an Enron spokeswoman said.
