Architecture Award to Graduate Student

Elizabeth Gibb, a graduate student at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, has received the top scholarship award from the Los Angeles Assn. for Women in Architecture.
The $1,000 gift was made during a recent awards banquet. Cheryl Boren, who will be at Cal Poly Pomona in the fall, won the second award of $750, and Nina Krivanek, who will begin her third year in interior architecture at Otis Parsons School of Design, was the $500 third-prize winner.
Honorable mentions went to Nazneen Cooper and Josephine Cheung, both at USC, and Laura Montealegre from the Institute of Architecture.
