A new free shuttle bus line linking the Hollywood Bowl Museum and the Hollywood Studio Museum began service this week.
The shuttle will operate on a $35,000 annual budget from county transit funds.
Shuttle service is offered at 15-minute intervals from 1:30 to 7 p.m. on Sundays, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays and from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
The Hollywood Bowl Museum, founded in 1984, includes tapes and artifacts from famous performances at the bowl. The Hollywood Studio Museum, which opened last December, is housed in a 100-year-old barn that was once used as a studio by film pioneers Cecil B. DeMille, Samuel Goldwyn and Jesse Lasky.
