Robert Crutchfield has been named vice president-public relations and Barry Stagg was named senior vice president of publicity, promotion and advertising of Lorimar-Telepictures’ network television group, Culver City. In addition, David Goldsmith has been promoted to senior vice president-network series television of the network television group.
