Swedlow Posts 79% Increase in Income

Swedlow Inc. reported Wednesday a 79% increase in net income for the first fiscal quarter ended June 29.
The Garden Grove-based coated product manufacturer’s net income for the period jumped to $635,000, from $354,000 during the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 7.9%, to $14.5 million from $13.5 million during the year-ago quarter.
