The body of a man who drowned off Point Mugu has been identified by the Ventura County medical examiner’s office as that of Man Sang Han, 39, of Los Angeles. Han was swept off the rocky point by a 10-foot wave last weekend while surf fishing. Two other men, Uk Sop Yi, 52, of Gardena and Hee Su Byeon, 45, of Los Angeles, were carried out to sea and lost when they tried to rescue Han, according to Coroner-Inspector Robert Boyd. Their bodies have not been recovered. An earlier report said Yi was the first to be swept off the rock.
