Cybernetic Data Products Corp. named David W. Feldman senior vice president for sales and marketing, a new position. Feldman joined the Chatsworth firm in 1984 as vice president for sales of SilentRadio, Cybernetic’s electronic news service used in banks, restaurants and other public places. Feldman was previously director of sales and marketing for the Los Angeles Herald Examiner.
