Undercover Kern County sheriff’s detectives arrested two Southern California men and confiscated 20 gallons of the drug PCP as the men were driving away from a residence in Sand Canyon near Tehachapi. Deputies withheld the suspects’ names so as not to jeopardize the expected arrests of several others. The PCP had a wholesale value of $500,000, deputies said.
