Former College President Booked in Sex Assault Case

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Former Westfield State College President Francis J. Pilecki was booked Friday in Hampden Superior Court on charges of sexually assaulting two male students. Indictments charge Pilecki with indecent assault and battery on the students in 1984. One student received $10,000 from the school when he complained about the assault.
