Dining in Italy

How pleasant my venture, traveling through the paragraphs of “Special Dining Experiences in Italy.” Michelle Burke, free-lance writer, improved the quality of my early a.m. on Sept. 28. How refreshing to present a knife and fork in the framework of a “. . . divining rod while searching out unusual and memorable dining experiences.” So many of us travelers delight in nibbling our way around the world. And surely Italy’s culinary offerings must be considered among the most important justifications for that country’s allure. Ms. Burke’s article was, for me, a significant addition to the Travel Section.
