Technology Park Finished

H. P. Properties’ Westlake Village Hi-Tech Park, a $12-million research-and-development/service center facility at 5701 Lindero Canyon Blvd., Westlake Village, has been completed.
The two-story, 135,000-square-foot building features a polished granite lobby, interior skylights and atriums and eight ground- level loading doors.
Daum/Johnstown American is the marketing agent and Bronco Construction Co., Thousand Oaks, was the contractor.
