Gossmer Selected as Orange MVP

Cindy Gossmer, who led Magnolia High School’s volleyball team to a 10-0 record and the Orange League championship, was voted the most valuable player by league coaches.
The Sentinels, who were the Southern Section 2-A top-seeded team but were upset in the second round by Los Angeles Westlake, placed four players on the first team. Valencia had three on the first team and Western two. The coaches’ team:
