Regarding Robert Hilburn’s review of Billy Joel’s concert at the Forum (“Billy Joel on Brink of Being ‘Innocent Man’?,” Nov. 24).

So, Bob, Billy Joel’s lyrics ( the closer you get to the fire, the more you get burned ) are “clumsy”?

Gee, thanks for pointing this out!! Henceforth, I shall aspire to listen to only those songs with lyrics which are full of grace and finesse . . . for example, Springsteen’s: Oh, oh, oh, I’m on fire , or . . . but, when we kiss, oooo, fire.
