It is difficult to take Mr. DeLamarter and his book seriously.
Allegations that IBM has been unlawfully anti-competitive have been found to be unwarranted and firmly laid to rest by the Justice Department, the courts and the European Economic Commission.
It is hard to understand why anyone still thinks the information processing industry--which includes more than 15,000 companies worldwide--is anything but extremely competitive.
