N.Y. Law Firm Leases Hope Street Office Space

Dewey, Ballantine, Bushby, Palmer & Wood, a New York-based law firm, has signed a 15-year lease valued at more than $10.8 million for 25,185 square feet of office space in Security Pacific Plaza downtown. The firm will take up the entire 30th floor of the building at 333 S. Hope St., according to Cushman Realty Corp., the commercial brokerage that represented the law firm in the transaction. Tishman West Management Corp. represented Security Pacific.
