Azusa Industrial Park Second Phase Started

Construction of the second phase of the $25-million Azusa Industrial Center has begun.
Work will consist of three buildings, providing 380,753 square feet of warehouse, distribution and light-manufacturing space. The development, which eventually will offer 652,753 square feet of industrial space, is a joint venture of Irvine’s Messenger Investment Co. and Mission Viejo Realty Group’s IVO Inc. subsidiary.
