Syria Calls for Meeting to Define Terrorism

BEIRUT — Syria called for an international conference to establish standards for drawing distinctions between a national armed struggle and terrorism.
The Syrian news agency SANA said the call was included in a message that Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk Al Sharaa sent last week to the United Nations.
