Country Lane Estates, a 232-unit single-family development by U. S. Housing, opens today in Quartz Hill in the Antelope Valley with 31 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses priced from $104,900 to $136,900.
The houses are offered in five one- and two-story plans with 1,448 to 2,104 square feet. Features include dens, lofts, up to three baths, two- and three-car garages, fireplaces, patios and decks and indoor laundry areas.
Immediate move-ins are available for some houses. Five furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday at 6005 Country Lane, reached from the westbound Avenue M exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
